Review: Adidas Nitrocharge 1.0

A few weeks back Adidas released the new Nitrocharge 1.0, these boots are onne of the top boots for 2013 and for the new season about to start.

The Verdict

Design - 9.5/10
Comfort - 9/10
Performance - 8.5/10
Value - 8/10

Final Verdict

8.5/10

When you look at the big picture, there is a lot going on with the adidas Nitrocharge. There is the Energypulse in the outsole, the protective mesh, the HybridTouch upper, and of course the Energysling running across the midfoot. Yet despite everything about the boot, it all works together into one nice little package. Every little aspect about the boot does make sense, whether it be the protective mesh or the Energysling to secure your foot into the boot, it just works. The Nitrocharge 1.0 impressed on so many levels, and I believe the Nitrocharge 1.0 will be what the CTR360 Maestri III is to Nike in the sense that it will be a very, very popular boot come the start of the season. We do not want lightweight boots anymore, we want boots with more substance, and adidas have answered to the call very well. Boot reviewers always have a large collection of boots, and there are always one or two boots that we always come back to. For me, it is the Mizuno Morelia Neo, but I now think that the Nitrocharge 1.0 is the boot I will come back to time and time again, it is definitely a boot that I highly recommend.
